Secretaries report
I thought the Competition ran fairly well during the year. There was a lot of controversy over the handicap system. Hopefully we will sort any problems with this for next years competition.
The committee were complained to all during the year by players either during the comp nights or by phone.

Recorders report
Dave sent an email saying he was happy with the handicap system and is willing to be the recorder for 2019.

Tony Rapps declared All positions are now vacant and ask Paul Davis to chair the elections for the 2019 office Bearers.

Paul passed the meeting over to Terry Wynn
Shirley read a letter from Sue Davis on what the constitution means when fees are paid by the SDB&SA for committee members.
Sue moved a motion that the wording of the Constitution states that "game fees" only applies to the Inter-club competition and does not include any Tournament whatsoever.
